These terms govern your use of the DAZRO Cosmetics website (dazrocosmetics.com), operated by Dazro - F.Z.C, United Arab Emirates, and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). The price you see at checkout, including any delivery fee, is the total you pay.
- We try to keep product information, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing error on an item you ordered, we will contact you before processing.
- Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already paid.
Payment
We accept debit and credit cards through our secure payment partner Ziina. We never see or store your full card details. Card orders are confirmed once the payment is completed.
Delivery
We deliver across the UAE, usually within 1–2 working days to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman and 2–3 working days to the other emirates, counted from confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare sales are final. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are eligible for a replacement if reported within 1 days of delivery. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it or interfere with its operation. Content on the site is owned by us or our partners and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our products are cosmetic and not a substitute for medical advice. Always read labels and patch-test. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
