- 01Formulation reviewWe read the full INCI list, not the marketing. Actives must appear at meaningful concentrations, in a base that keeps them stable.
- 02Evidence checkIs there real clinical or dermatological support for the active — at that dose, for that concern?
- 03Brand diligenceManufacturing standards, regulatory compliance, and a track record with specialists — not just influencers.
- 04Real-world resultsConsistent, credible reviews from people with skin like yours. One viral video is not evidence.

Authentic, or we make it right
Every product we sell is sourced through legitimate channels and stored properly. If you ever receive something that isn't right — damaged, incorrect, or not as described — tell us within 3 days and we'll replace it.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. Everything is sourced through legitimate distribution channels, with batch and expiry integrity intact. We do not buy from the grey market, and we do not sell what we cannot verify.
Do you manufacture your own products?
No — and that is deliberate. We are a curation house. Our value is in what we refuse to stock, not in putting our name on a jar.
How do you decide what to sell?
Every product must earn its place across formulation, evidence, brand diligence, real-world results and verified sourcing. Most products we assess never make it to the shelf.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1–2 working days to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and 2–3 working days to the other emirates.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Tell us within 3 days and we will replace it. All other sales are final — we would rather help you choose correctly the first time.
Can you advise me on a routine?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your skin type and concerns and we will give you an honest recommendation — including telling you when you do not need another product.
