Shipping & Returns
Delivery across the UAE
We ship to all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and 2–3 working days to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, after they are confirmed. You will be updated as your order is processed and dispatched.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over AED 150. For orders below that, a small flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Pay securely by debit or credit card at checkout. You can also arrange your order on WhatsApp.
Returns policy
Skincare is a personal-care category, so for hygiene and safety reasons all sales are final and we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will put it right. Message us within 1 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement.
